Wendell White, 6’6″, 235, Sendai 89ers, Japan

Antelope Valley College basketball star, Wendell White played two years as a Marauder.  He received a scholarship to UNLV and led them to the NCAA championship.  He now plays at the top level of professional basketball in Japan with the Kyoto Hannaryz team.  He was named the conference MVP in 2009-10 and take a look at his stats for this season.

Wendell White led the Oita Heat Devils with 18.6 ppg and 9.8 rebounds per game in the 2011-12 year.  AVC’s Wendell White continues be a dominate professional
player in Asia.

The “old pro” …30 years old…from AVC who since his graduation from UNLV has played professional ball in Korea and Japan.  Currently he a starter in Japan with Sendai 89 basketball team.  One of the finest basketball players that AVC ever had.
