AVC Professional Working Out at Home: Reggie Arnold

Reggie Arnold, 6’6, 210 wing/two guard, is home for the summer break working out at 24-Hour Fitness.  He just completed his 5th year of professional basketball in Europe;

  • 2011-12, 2011-13 Austria
  • 2013-14, 2014-2015 Finland
  • 2015-2016 Belgium

Reggie spends hours per day in keeping his conditioning at top levels.  In all of his years of playing basketball and running track, he only has been injured once that kept him off the court for any period of time.  His conditioning is a key reason he is has moved to the top levels of professional basketball.  My guess that Reggie sports a 5% or less body fat.

Reggie’s team the Mons-Hainaut, Belgium made it to the quarter finals of the Belgium playoffs this year.  He led the team in scoring with 14.2 ppg and pulled down 3.4 rebounds.

Mr. Arnold not only has basketball and physical skills, but he has set himself financially for life.  A real example for all JUCO basketball players to follow.
