Northern California, Yuba College knocked Southern California’s Antelope Valley College out of the leadership of total scholarships awarded this year. The two Final Four State Tournament competitors have placed 13 players with university scholarships to date for 2011-12. This includes six Division 1 scholarships…three each. These two JUCO’s placed…from Cal JUCO’s…14% of all university scholarships and 17% of all D-1 scholarships. Congratulations to two of the finest elite Cal JUCO teams year after year.
